RoboLogix is a robotics simulation program that, in most cases, produces results very similar to real robotics systems. It is, however, only a simulation program and is not expected to provide exactly the same results as a real system. While Logic Design Inc has tried to provide a product which is suitable for a wide variety of applications, we acknowledge that it cannot produce satisfactory results in every possible application.
Logic Design Inc. reserves the right to revise the program and/or hardcopy material from time to time without obligation of Logic Design Inc. to notify any person or organization of such change or revision. Logic Design Inc. makes no representation or warranties with respect to the program "RoboLogix" or any ancillary material, either expressed or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or implied fitness for a particular purpose. No liability of any form shall be assumed by Logic Design Inc. even if Logic Design Inc. has been advised of such damages. This program is supplied "As is". Any user of this software uses it at their own risk. In any case, the liability of Logic Design Inc. is limited to the price the user actually paid for the product.

No part of this computer software program or any ancillary material may be reproduced, transmitted, transcribed, stored in a retrieval system, or translated into any human or computer language, in any form or by any means whatsoever, without the explicit written permission of Logic Design Inc.
Software License Agreement
RoboLogix is a proprietary product of Logic Design Inc., and is protected by Copyright law. Logic Design Inc. grants you a nonexclusive license to use RoboLogix subject to the terms and restrictions of this license agreement. You are receiving a license to use RoboLogix. Logic Design Inc. retains title to RoboLogix and is the sole copyright owner. You, as an authorized end user of RoboLogix are permitted certain rights to use RoboLogix as defined in this license agreement.
Read the terms of this license agreement carefully. Use of the software indicates that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- By purchasing a single copy of RoboLogix you are authorized to use RoboLogix on only one (1) computer at a time. You must obtain additional license agreements before using the software on additional computers or on a computer network.
- You may transfer your right to use RoboLogix to another party as long as the entire software package, including any ancillary materials are transferred to the receiving party. However, before transferring this program, the receiving party must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or in any way modify the program code without the prior written consent of Logic Design Inc.
- This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying the program and documentation, or by returning the same to Logic Design Inc. This license will terminate automatically if the terms of this agreement are violated.
Logic Design Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this program that the media (e.g. CD-ROM, DVD, etc.) on which this program is recorded is free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use. This limited warranty is for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If during this ninety day period the media is found to be defective, Logic Design Inc. agrees to replaced the media free of charge. This warranty shall be void if the defect has arisen through abuse, mistreatment or neglect. To obtain a warranty replacement, return the original product postage prepaid to Logic Design Inc. together with a brief description of the problem. After 90 days a replacement product can be obtained for a materials and shipping charge.
